Hi, hello, welcome, and don’t forget about all those greetings! Because that’s my way of showing my appreciation for you being here. Let’s start with some basic facts about this publication. What is it about really?
UPDATE: I have changed the content categories for this publication!
Please visit the “about”-page to read an updated version of what you can expect from this publication from now on (April 9, 2022).
In other words, not everything in the post below are accurate! Except for my education, my story and a few other stuff which are of course accurate.
About this publication.
This is a publication with my tales in the form of articles and audio (mini podcasts) about my spiritual path, philosophical thoughts, and my creative fields which are music, writing, and visual arts and you can access exclusive content and behind-the-scenes here. The exclusive content and behind-the-scenes are stuff I don’t publish anywhere else.
This publication goes also out as a newsletter, so don’t forget to subscribe. It’s free, but I encourage you to donate something to my Ko-fi, because… You know, I must live and eat and stuff. And I put out content and if you can I would very much appreciate something in return, but only if you can afford to do so. However, it’s free as default, but an option is to donate if you like what I do.
Who I am.
My name is Tricia and my journey in life has not been an easy one. I was born in a small village in Sweden. I won’t tell my entire story, because you will find out more about me the more I write posts here, and I will actually dedicate posts here and there to just personal experiences and excerpts from my memoirs. But a summary is appropriate, I think.
My journey began in this small village. And was born with Autism. I went through childhood trauma of the assault and abuse so I developed DID - Dissociative Identity Disorder early on too. In my teenage and early adulthood, I went through various types of abuse, mistreatment, torture, and sexual assault by many different people. I have also been hospitalized for a big part of my adolescence due to mental health problems. In my late twenties I got Rheumatoid Arthritis and that was when I became physically ill as well. I’m now on treatment for it.
A few years ago I found the Wiccan path and realized it was the right path for me. Although I have studied Wicca for almost 12 years, I didn’t call myself a Wiccan until recently. It was a healing process, and for the first time in my life, I felt that I was on the right path after all the previous trauma.
What you can expect.
So what to expect? Well like I said in the “about” above, you can expect mini pod casts and articles. Everything from a personal perspective. I aim to be both educational and informative but also entertaining here. Here is a list of ideas I have for future articles and podcasts:
Chapters from my Memoir collections (books)
Articles and educational content about Wicca as a religion and about witchcraft as a practice
Spiritual articles
Philosophical articles (I have developed a few philosophical theories myself)
News about my creative fields in the music and arts
Personal essays from my life
Behind-the-scenes in the format of photos and audio
Topics of discussion regarding self-care, personal development, and self-love
And much more!
Summary.
This is a free publication and you can look forward to a lot! You won’t lose anything by subscribing! I will post about topics that interest me.
How often will I post?
I don’t have a schedule, but I will try to post here at least twice a month.
Blessed be.
xx Tricia Joy.
